When purchasing a new home, understanding as much as you can about the condition of the structure and its components is extremely important. The viewing of homes is usually fairly formal and little time is available for you to "inspect" those areas that can cause you headaches after the final deal is negotiated. For a nominal fee, a professional inspection will significantly reduce your risk and help make the entire home buying process easier and less stressful. I also conduct New Home Warranty Inspections on newly constructed homes that are 10 to 11 months old and the owner wants a professional inspection of the property before the Contractor's Warranty expires.
